Shipping and Returns

We offer various shipping options to fit your delivery needs.  Shipping rates are calculated by weight, destination zip code and how quickly you would like to receive your products.  We only charge actual shipping costs, and we never charge for packaging materials.

Please note that due to the nature of our products as personal hygiene items, we cannot accept returns as these items are not able to be resold per Maryland law.  A replacement item will gladly be sent at no charge if the original item is delivered defective.  Please email a photo of the damage (Include the product itself and the packaging, if that is what caused the damage.  This is what allows us to file a claim with the shipper.).  Once received and approved, your replacement item will be on its way to you.
