Ingredients: (100% Organic) - St. John's Wort, Black Lava Salt, Black Peppercorns, Elderberries, Lavender Sprigs, Valerian Root, Yarrow, Bay Leaves

Directions: Write your intentions on the bay leaves prior to use. Place entire contents of pouch into a saucepan, and cover with water.  Bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer.  Replace water as necessary.  Moon water is best, but any water will work.
